The Chief Credit Officer (CCO) will be responsible for overseeing all credit-related. This role involves developing and
implementing credit policies, managing credit risk, and ensuring the integrity of the
credit portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech or digital
lending, with a proven track record in credit management, risk assessment, and team
leadership.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain credit policies and procedures.

Oversee the assessment and management of credit risk across the
organization.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk and ensure the
stability of the credit portfolio.
Monitor and analyze credit performance metrics, identifying trends and
areas for improvement.
Manage the overall credit portfolio, ensuring diversification and
minimizing exposure to high-risk segments.
Conduct regular reviews of the credit portfolio to ensure compliance with
risk tolerance levels.
Implement strategies to optimize the credit portfolio and maximize

Lead and mentor the credit team, fostering a culture of high performance
and continuous improvement.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and
capabilities of the credit team.

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related
field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in a senior credit management role, preferably in fintech or
digital lending.
Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and practices.
